Thirteen Reasons Why

By Jay Asher
Thirteen reasons why is about Hannah Baker a girl who committed suicide but before she did that she made thirteen tapes, reasons why she did. The book takes place in a small town that everyone knows who everyone is.  Each tape was about a person that person would get to hear the tapes and passes it down to the next. Clay Jensen was on the tapes the book is about him listening to them while you too get to hear what Hannah has to say. The book is about his reactions.
I would recommend this book to someone who likes realistic fiction or young adult novels.
This book is connected to the world because stuff like this happens. This book makes you realize how careful you should be around other people because one little mistake or mean thing could affect their life and make such a big difference.
