An Abundance of Katherines by John Green

One book I read over the summer was An Abundance of Katherines which is a book by John Green about a child prodigy named Colin Singleton, who has dated 19 girls all named Katherine. But when the nineteenth Katherine ends up dumping him,  Colin and his friend Hassan go on a road trip. They find themselves in the small town of Gunshot, and meet some pretty awesome, and also really mean people. While there, Colin spends much of his time working on a formula to predict relationships. One thing that's really cool about the book is that there are footnotes and graphs that Colin draws while creating his formula. In the end, Colin realizes that the future is unknown and that you can't always know what will happen next in your life.

I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a super funny book with crazy characters and events.
